He is well known for his photography work documenting local charity events, galas, and community gatherings. Deeply rooted in the region, he serves as the official photographer for the Lake Wales Little Theater, is an active member of the Chamber of Commerce, and has dedicated countless hours volunteering for the Lake Wales Arts Council and Arts Festival. For Rich, helping clients succeed in real estate is just another way of serving the community he loves.
TODD SHULTZ

As the Marketing Director and co-founder of the Florida Heartland Team realty, Todd Shultz provides the digital engine that drives our clients’ success. Recognizing that a modern real estate market requires modern advertising, Todd partnered with Rich to build a team where agent expertise meets agency-level marketing.
While our agents focus on finding your perfect home or negotiating your sale, Todd ensures every property gets maximum, targeted digital exposure. As a seasoned digital marketing executive and the owner of Lake Wales Advertising, his career includes directing campaigns for prominent national brands like Coca-Cola, Chevron, and Hard Rock Hotel & Casino. Today, he brings that exact same high-level strategy to the Central Florida housing market, building custom property websites and running sophisticated outreach campaigns to get your home in front of the right buyers.
A long-time resident of Lake Wales, Todd is deeply invested in the community he calls home. When he isn't managing real estate marketing or national advertising accounts, he serves as the Treasurer for the Ridge Audubon Society and volunteers as a marketing consultant for the Lake Wales History Museum.
